Chef Jon began his culinary journey in the early 2000s in delis and bagel shops, purchasing the Bagel Box in West Orange in 2005. The same year he graduated culinary school and would occasionally moonlight in small local restaurants until fully immersing himself in full service restaurants in 2016 at Common Lot. After honing his skills at several of the top restaurants in NJ and a small stint in California, Jon has teamed up once again with Chef Ehren as the CDC of Byrd Restaurant.
